She Preformed "Enamorada de ti". One of her back up dancers in this performance was Don Shelton, who would later become a backup singer for her!

She Preformed Part of "Como La Flor" & "Somos Tejanos" as well as joining everyone onstage at the end of the night to sing "Volver".

"Selena" Lifetime Achievement - Abraham Quintanilla III

Starting with the 21st Tejano Music Awards, a NEW Award was added to the ceremony in memory of Selena called "THE SELENA LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD". Her brother, A.B. Quintanilla was the first recipient.

This Award was presented to him by Texas Governor Rick Perry.
